As the New Year begins and we head into 2026, our team has been reflecting on what it means to show up as our best selves—at work, at home, and in our communities. Instead of making resolutions that fade by February, we decided to do something different this year. We built a New Year’s Wish Jar.

Each team member added a personal intention—something meaningful, something growth-driven, something we want to practice, not perfect. And we’re sharing them in hopes that they inspire you to pause, reflect, plan, and take intentional action toward your own goals this year.
Clarity grows when you write things down.
Momentum builds when you speak about your goals out loud.
Community strengthens when we share the journey together.
What’s in Our New Year’s Wish Jar
💡 Seeing Every Challenge as an Opportunity
“I will approach each problem as an obstacle with more than one solution—and stay open until I find the right one.” In 2026, we’re shifting from frustration to curiosity. We’re committed to reframing problems as puzzles rather than roadblocks.
🌿 Being More Present and Intentional
“Enjoying the little things—turning a regular dinner into a date night, exploring local beaches and parks, and building a calming nighttime routine away from screens.” Presence isn’t a luxury; it’s a skill. We’re reclaiming small moments and letting them matter.
📅 Proactive, Not Reactive
“Thinking ahead, tackling small tasks early, and setting myself up for success so I have the time and energy for what truly matters.” This year, we’re replacing last-minute urgency with thoughtful preparation and sustainable systems.
🙏 Practicing Gratitude Over Circumstance
“Focusing more on what I’m grateful for and less on the things I can’t change.” Perspective is powerful—and gratitude shifts everything.
💛 Leading with Kindness
“Continuing to be kind to others and doing a daily act of kindness.” We’re doubling down on humanity in a fast-paced world.
🌊 Leaning Into Change
“Whatever shows up, I won’t fight it—I’ll move with it and learn what it’s here to teach me.” Instead of resisting change, we’re embracing it with curiosity and resilience.
🚀 Stepping Into Stronger Ownership and Leadership
“Taking on more strategic work, directing the process instead of reacting to it, and showing up like the next-level version of myself.” This year is about growth, confidence, and elevating the way we show up.
🔁 Progress Over Perfection
“Remember that consistent effort beats perfect execution.” and “Being able to run a full mile after several fractures and foot surgery” Small steps. Repeated often. That’s how transformation actually happens.
🫁 Slowing Down and Breathing with Intention
“Really breathing—pausing to focus, reset, and release stress.” Intentional breathing is a simple tool with profound impact, and we’re making space for it.
🎯 Focusing Only on What We Can Control
“Letting go of everything else.” This mindset shift is our anchor for clarity, peace, and productivity in 2026.
We hope our New Year’s Wish Jar inspires you to reimagine what’s possible this year. No pressure. No perfection. Just intentional effort, mindful goals, and space to evolve.
From our team to yours—here’s to presence, purpose, and possibility in 2026.
