Bridget Pulivarti, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Bridget leads the operations and service delivery. Bridget is a dynamic Human Resources Executive with 26 years of experience working with Government Contractors, Non-profit and Commercial companies in both Human Capital Consulting and Corporate Human Resources. Bridget started her career in the “Big Eight” and continued working in leadership roles for both start up and fortune 500 companies giving her a diverse background and unique skill set. She is consistently recognized as a leader in the field for superior performance and expertise in all functional areas of human resources including talent acquisition, mergers and acquisition, HRIS, compliance, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. She has demonstrated expertise in aligning human resources initiatives with organizational strategic priorities and target results. Bridget graduated cum laude from Concordia University Wisconsin with and a B.A. in Organizational Communication. She is also a certified SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Stephanie is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner and has over 25 years of industry experience in the metro DC area and nationwide. She has the expertise, talent and drive to help her clients grow their most important asset, their work-force. Stephanie has held business development, operations and leadership roles within leading RPO, contingency and direct placement recruiting firms. Her vast experience includes support in the commercial, non-profit and government contracting verticals across a variety of skill sets to include technical, operations, sales, human resources and accounting. Stephanie is a 2018 graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program and serves as the Metro DC Regional Ambassador. Stephanie's leadership skills have earned her volunteer positions with the Cyber Security Association of Maryland, The Government Contractors Council, Washington Executive Association and neXco National. Stephanie is a sought after guest speaker and panelist for her expertise in recruiting trends and best practices. In her free time Stephanie volunteers with several local charities and serves as a mentor to young adults entering the workforce.
Director, Recruiting & Service Delivery
Helen joined the TalentRemedy team in 2015 and serves as our Director, Recruiting and Service Delivery. Helen has over 18 years of progressive Recruiting and Human Resources experience in both the corporate and consultative environment focusing on both small and medium sized firms in the Government Contracting and Information Technology industries. Helen manages our robust team of specialized recruiters and oversees the practice helping to define and manage the development of both our internal and external resources. Helen works closely with our clients and our TalentRemedy team to insure that their hiring goals are accomplished through planning, aligned implementation approaches, and prioritized hiring initiatives. Helen began her experience working collaboratively with senior management to evaluate, allocate, recruit, and respond to staffing and technical requirements in large-scale government wide acquisition contracts. Helen earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and is a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional. Outside of the office, Helen volunteers in her community and is a licensed youth soccer coach.
