As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Bridget leads the operations and service delivery at TalentRemedy. 

Bridget is a dynamic Human Resources Executive with 17 years of experience working in both Human Capital Consulting and Corporate Human Resources.  Bridget started her career in the “Big Eight” with Arthur Andersen.  She continued her career working for both start up and fortune 500 companies such as Pinkerton Systems Integration (now Stanley Black & Decker), SPX, and IBM giving her a diverse background and unique skill set.  She is consistently recognized as a leader in the field for superior performance and expertise in functional areas of human resources including talent acquisition, mergers and acquisition, human resource information systems, total rewards, compliance, employee relations and management development.  She develops and implements innovative human resources strategies in growing organizations.  She has demonstrated expertise at aligning human resources initiatives with organizational strategic priorities and target results.  Bridget is result oriented with a proven ability to build trusting professional partnerships.    

Throughout her career, Bridget has developed and managed full-life-cycle recruiting programs in all sizes of organizations.  She believes in the development of competencies and creating an interview process based on those competencies.  Bridget develops creative strategies to find the right talent.  With an aging workforce and many of our veterans transitioning to civilian work, competency based interviewing aids in finding skills that can be transformed into new careers. 

Bridget also brings an expertise in the field of Employee Relations, Compliance, Human Resource Information Systems, Mergers & Acquisitions and Government Contracting Compliance. She has managed employee claims and grievances as well as compliance audits from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Labor (Wage and Hour) and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). She has completed over 200 Affirmative Action Plans and lead over twenty successful OFCCP compliance and discrimination Audits.

Bridget graduated cum laude and holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Concordia University Wisconsin. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and their pets.
